  • Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Revival Esthetics Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Refunds

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the sanitary nature of lash products and training materials.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Deposits, trainings, and digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
